1. The extrusion line use Schneider inverter , Siemens motor , Schneider contactor, SSR, Omron, temperature controller, ensure the long-term operation of the equipment is more stable.
2. By replacing the mould, the same production line can be used to produce PVC/WPC ceiling panel, wall panel, U-Clip, flooring, decorative line etc.
3. Lower power consumption , it can save 25-30% electrical power consumption comparing with most kind PVC ceiling production line.
4. With online hot stamping , easy operation, saving labour.
